Center-Based (ABA) Autism Therapy

Applied ABC’s Manchester, NH Autism Center offers Granite State families access to ABA therapy services that fit into their busy schedules. Children receive the same quality of care, attention, and hands-on support provided by at-home therapy but with greater access to social groups and activities.

Our NH Autism Center is open during work hours and staffed by a world-class team of mental health professionals who specialize in ABA therapy and are passionate about helping children with autism.

Our Manchester, NH Autism Center offers:

  • A warm, safe environment for different activities and skill groups

  • On-site mental health support from BCBAs and RBTs

  • Greater socialization through group therapy, activities, and workshops

  • ABA learning materials, games, and educational resources

Home-Based (ABA) Autism Therapy

Applied ABC provides home-based ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD throughout New Hampshire. With at-home ABA therapy, NH families can benefit from the same level of care offered through autism centers from the comfort of home.

Home-based ABA therapy helps children practice and repeat daily living skills. Along with providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism, we also offer in-depth parent training at no additional cost.

Interested in signing up for home-based ABA services? Fill out our Getting Started Application or contact our intake specialist.

Social Skills Groups

Social Skills Groups (SSGs) are small gatherings – led by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or an ABA therapist – that give children an opportunity to focus on specific, personalized goals while playing team games and participating in group activities to improve social skills, emotional intelligence, and self-confidence.

Center-Based SSGs

Often, SSGs take place at our Manchester autism therapy center. Children could expect to:

  • Visit a sensory room and participate in activities to gain energy and ground themselves

  • Receive Discrete Trial Training (DTT)

  • Participate in activities geared toward gaining independence like hand washing

  • And more!

If you’re interested in learning more or signing your child up with a local New Hampshire SSG, contact your case manager for more information.

SSG Home With Me

SSG Home With Me provides the same group therapy benefits as our in-center programs, but is hosted in the home of a local, volunteer parent. An RBT or ABA therapist is sent to coordinate the activities and make sure every child feels engaged and part of the fun!

Host parents are provided with materials such as board games or tickets to the zoo so that the experience is on par with activities provided in center-based SSGs.
