Maria Stewart is the Center Director with over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and care teams across healthcare, pediatric services, and developmental disability programs. She brings a hands-on leadership style and a deep commitment to building strong teams and delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Maria has worked in in-home, clinic-based, and multi-site settings, with extensive experience navigating Arizona DDD and AHCCCS programs. Throughout her career, she has supported children with developmental disabilities and medically complex needs, along with their families, always focusing on making the process smoother, clearer, and more supportive.

As a mom of two children on the autism spectrum, Maria brings personal insight and empathy to her work, understanding firsthand the challenges families face. What drives her most is helping families feel heard and cared for, and creating positive, collaborative environments where both clients and staff can grow and succeed.
