Employee Spotlight: Kellea Batchelor, RBT

Where do you call home?  

My home is located in Springfield, Virginia.  

How many years have you worked in the ABA field?  

I began pursuing a career in ABA in 2013, and I have been working in the field for a total of seven years.  

How did you end up working for Applied ABC?  

I applied to an RBT position online and was accepted.  

What’s the most fulfilling part of your work?  

It’s the real-life changes in my clients’ lives for sure. Watching them progress and learn new skills is incredibly rewarding.  

How do you unwind after a long day?  

I love taking my dog for a walk and enjoy doing yoga.  

What are some interesting facts about you?  

I graduated with a master’s in special education from George Mason University in 2023. I also completed a certificate in ABA. I love my job and helping my clients move forward in life.
