Shoshana Rakow, the Regional Director overseeing the Silver Spring Center, is a compassionate leader with over a decade of hands-on experience working with children on the autism spectrum. Driven by a commitment to make a positive impact in their lives, Shoshana also serves as a dedicated family advocate. Her vision extends beyond clinical excellence; she is passionate about building a center that is not only clinically robust but also fosters a supportive environment for both children and families alike.

Shardretta Williams- Gutrick is a certified ABA and licensed RBT. She received her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Broward College, FL, in 2014.

Shardretta has diligently worked with children for over 30 years. Her strong professional educational qualifications stem from working as a Lead Teacher in early childhood, elementary schools, and Montessori schools, churches, tutoring and mentoring in students’ homes. She was a role model and caregiver for 7 siblings at the tender age of 13. She successfully raised 3 sons; one who had serious medical issues at birth, but lived beyond the years the doctors diagnosed him with.

Mrs. Gutrick is a team player, self-motivated, honest, and dependable. Her passion is teaching children with special needs. She is committed to providing the best results supporting each client in the center as the RBT Team Lead.
