FAQ

¿Cómo están entrenadas sus terapeutas en la escuela?

Nuestros terapeutas reciben una amplia capacitación y supervisión de nuestros BCBA y equipos de apoyo clínico antes de ser ubicados en entornos escolares. Brindamos a todos los proveedores escolares acceso a nuestro curso RBT de 40 horas, un módulo de capacitación en profundidad que prepara a los paraprofesionales para obtener su credencial RBT, una acreditación importante en el campo ABA que muchos estados requieren.

Nuestra agencia también brinda capacitación periódica sobre cuidados de seguridad. Si su distrito escolar tiene otra capacitación disponible, ¡nuestros proveedores estarán felices de recibir una invitación!

Nuestros BCBA crean programas individualizados que se enfocan en las necesidades de comportamiento específicas de los estudiantes y/o los objetivos del IEP. Los terapeutas recopilan datos mientras brindan tratamiento y comparten esta información con el equipo escolar para monitorear el progreso de los estudiantes hacia el logro de sus objetivos. Los datos se compilan en nuestra aplicación móvil patentada, llamada ATrack, donde los profesores autorizados pueden ver tablas, gráficos y otra información de desarrollo.

Si uno de nuestros proveedores llama debido a una emergencia o necesita tomar una licencia prolongada, notificaremos al equipo de la escuela de inmediato. Para cobertura a corto plazo, intentaremos localizar otro proveedor disponible en el área para cubrir la ausencia.

Para ausencias de mayor duración, trabajaremos para encontrar un reemplazo más permanente para garantizar que la frecuencia y la calidad de nuestros servicios sigan siendo excepcionales. Todos los costos asociados con la localización, incorporación y envío de proveedores sustitutos son nuestra responsabilidad.
