Barrow at Phoenix Children’s hosts this two-day summit on supporting autistic children. Day one is Provider Day, a full-day conference where clinicians share evidence-based approaches to early intervention, school advocacy, sensory support, and the transition to adulthood. Day two is Caregiver and Community Day, an in-person event for families and caregivers. It covers early diagnosis, genetics, medication management, emotional regulation, educational advocacy, and caregiver burnout.

This is Pathfinders for Autism’s annual family race day, with a 5K and a 1-mile fun run and walk. Proceeds support Pathfinders’ free statewide programs, resources, and training for individuals with autism and their families. Parking is free for participants, and race-day packet pickup begins at 7:00 AM (race starts at 8:30 AM) at the Zoo’s main gate pavilion.

This is Spectrum Autism Support Group’s largest fundraiser of the year, celebrating its 20th anniversary. It features a USATF-certified, Peachtree-qualifying 5K, a 1-mile run, a tot trot, a 100-yard kids’ dash, and a fall festival. Last year the event drew more than 3,000 attendees and raised over $125,000. Its indoor resource fair had more than 135 vendors and community organizations.

The Georgia Association for Behavior Analysis is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a two-day conference featuring leaders in the field. The program covers cutting-edge research and practice, including ethics and supervision workshops. It also includes GABA’s first-ever PDU event for RBTs, a poster session with up-and-coming researchers, and a networking social with trivia.

Georgia Gwinnett College’s annual fall fair connects students with employers and graduate school recruiters. Students can learn about full-time jobs, internships, graduate programs, and application processes. Organizations register to attend through ClawLink, powered by Handshake, and business professional attire is encouraged.

Autism Speaks’ Empower Walk & 5K Run combines its signature community walk with a 5K run, open to walkers, runners, and supporters of all ages and abilities. The event includes a resource fair with tools and services covering the autism lifespan, along with family activities. Funds raised support Autism Speaks programs and services for the autism community.

This is New Jersey’s largest autism-specific conference, drawing 1,200–1,400 parents, professionals, and autistic individuals, plus 120+ exhibitors. The two days of sessions cover practical strategies and emerging research. Two-day attendees get session recordings after the conference. Sponsors and exhibitors must apply, and each exhibit table includes two representative passes with CE credit access

Autism Speaks’ Atlanta Empower Walk & 5K Run brings the community together to walk, run, or cheer in support of people with autism. Past events have included a resource fair covering the autism lifespan, bracelet making, a kids’ race with capes, themed selfie stations, games, and entertainment.
