We founded Applied ABC because we wanted to create an option where clinical expertise not business interests took the lead.
The Georgia Association for Behavior Analysis is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a two-day conference featuring leaders in the field. The program covers cutting-edge research and practice, including ethics and supervision workshops. It also includes GABA’s first-ever PDU event for RBTs, a poster session with up-and-coming researchers, and a networking social with trivia.
Georgia Gwinnett College’s annual fall fair connects students with employers and graduate school recruiters. Students can learn about full-time jobs, internships, graduate programs, and application processes. Organizations register to attend through ClawLink, powered by Handshake, and business professional attire is encouraged.
Autism Speaks’ Empower Walk & 5K Run combines its signature community walk with a 5K run, open to walkers, runners, and supporters of all ages and abilities. The event includes a resource fair with tools and services covering the autism lifespan, along with family activities. Funds raised support Autism Speaks programs and services for the autism community.
This is New Jersey’s largest autism-specific conference, drawing 1,200–1,400 parents, professionals, and autistic individuals, plus 120+ exhibitors. The two days of sessions cover practical strategies and emerging research. Two-day attendees get session recordings after the conference. Sponsors and exhibitors must apply, and each exhibit table includes two representative passes with CE credit access
Autism Speaks’ Atlanta Empower Walk & 5K Run brings the community together to walk, run, or cheer in support of people with autism. Past events have included a resource fair covering the autism lifespan, bracelet making, a kids’ race with capes, themed selfie stations, games, and entertainment.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. It uses structured, data-driven teaching and positive reinforcement to build communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors. At Applied ABC, every program is individualized by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Applied ABC offers in-home ABA therapy, center-based ABA therapy, in-school ABA services, social skills groups, ABA summer programs, group behavioral therapy, and BCBA-led parent training.
Applied ABC provides ABA therapy in 26 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina, with autism centers in Stone Mountain, Norcross, and Lawrenceville, Georgia; Silver Spring and Pikesville, Maryland; Raleigh, North Carolina; Manchester, New Hampshire; Jersey City, New Jersey; Glendale and Tucson, Arizona; and Brooklyn and the Bronx, New York.
During the initial assessment process, specialists will examine your child’s developmental history, administer tests such as the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, and test for other mental health conditions.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) assesses your child and writes an individualized treatment plan. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivers therapy sessions, and the BCBA supervises progress and formally reassesses about every six months.
Children with autism commonly receive 10 to 40 hours of ABA therapy per week. Your child’s BCBA recommends hours based on their assessment, and the final schedule depends on insurance authorization.
Yes. A parent or guardian must be home during in-home ABA sessions. Families who need more flexibility can ask about center-based therapy where available.
Applied ABC provides autism therapy services for patients up to age 21.
Without insurance, ABA therapy can cost $240 to $600 per day. Most major insurance providers cover ABA therapy, though you may have a copay depending on your plan. The best way to confirm your benefits is to contact your insurance provider, and Applied ABC’s intake team can help.

Our intake team gathers your child’s information, including a diagnosis report completed within the last 5 years, and submits it to your insurance company. Once approved, a BCBA builds a personalized treatment plan, and after the plan is approved by your insurer, we match your child with a local ABA therapist.
