Your child's ABA care team will consist of several different professional clinicians. First, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will assess your child's medical history and create a personalized treatment plan. The behavioral therapist will then be responsible for executing the treatment plan that the BCBA creates. The case manager that's working with your child will keep records of your child's progress and be available to answer any questions or concerns about the therapy your child receives..

After submitting the form, our intake team will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your child's needs, verify insurance benefits, and guide you through the next steps.

Yes, most insurance plans cover ABA therapy as well as Medicaid (in some states), as it is recognized as an evidence-based treatment for autism. Applied ABC works with various insurance providers to ensure families can access the services their child needs.
